Alexandre Plennevaux

I build digital systems and the teams that create them.

The Gist

For more than twenty years I have worked at the intersection of technology, teams and learning.

I started my career designing and building web platforms. Over time I became increasingly interested in how organizations develop the capacity to build and operate technology effectively.

This led me to spend several years at BeCode, where I recruited and managed technical coaches delivering software development programs across multiple cities in Belgium, helping hundreds of people—including refugees and long-term unemployed individuals—enter the technology workforce.

Today I combine hands-on understanding of the full digital stack (from infrastructure and DevOps to backend and frontend systems) with experience leading technical teams and programs.

My focus is helping organizations build reliable digital platforms and strong technical teams.
